Why RainbowVI
First of all, RainbowVI pronounce ‘Rainbow Six.’
People may think it is my name attached to the word “Rainbow.” Well, it is fine, too. I founded this organization anyway. 😊

In 2022, I took my boyfriend, Alex (now my husband), to Vietnam to meet my family for the first time. In the room my parents prepared for him, he discovered a photo album spanning my lifetime. Although I hadn't taken film photos in recent years, my father had chosen and printed some nice digital ones from my Facebook account to add to this album.
As we flipped through the photos together, I couldn't help but smile as I shared stories from my childhood with Alex. Interestingly, there weren't many snapshots from my teenage years. As a shy and self-conscious teen, I wasn't too keen on being in front of the camera. As I tried to remember more positive moments from that time, I felt a mix of emotions wash over me. I realized how challenging those years had been and how I hadn't quite blossomed into the person I knew I could be.
It got me thinking: How many wonderful teenagers out there might be feeling the same way I did?
With the hope of helping teenagers and young people lead happy and meaningful lives, I felt compelled to use my skills and professional experience in a special way—something closely aligned with my hobbies, passions, and values. This idea has been simmering in my mind for years, just waiting for the right moment.
After experimenting with various projects—including international development, e-courses, mobile apps, a YouTube channel, and a podcast—I decided to form a nonprofit as my next challenge. And that's how RainbowVI Education Association came to be!
