1. Training & Event Coordination
- Assist in scheduling volunteer training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Send invitations, reminders, and follow-up materials to participants.
- Support logistics such as venue/room booking, equipment setup, and online meeting links.
- Help prepare and distribute training materials before sessions.
2. Learning Support
- Assist trainers and facilitators during sessions (e.g., note-taking, tech support, managing breakout rooms).
- Answer volunteer questions related to training resources or access.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to volunteers who need help navigating training platforms or materials.
3. Resource Management
- Maintain and update the volunteer learning resource library.
- Ensure all learning materials are stored, labeled, and accessible.
- Upload and organize training recordings, slides, and handouts.
5. Feedback & Improvement
- Collect post-training feedback surveys.
- Summarize feedback for the training team to review.
- Suggest small improvements to training materials or delivery based on inputs.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with the Training Lead, program staff, and volunteer coordinators.
- Support communication between trainers and volunteers.
- Assist in promoting upcoming training opportunities through newsletters or bulletin boards.
