Strategic Partnership Initiative: Transforming Youth Well-being Through E-Learning Design
Do you know that one in five Canadian youth who felt their mental health was "good" or better in 2019 no longer feel that way in 2023? The youth we all serve are caught between long waitlists and a digital world that often amplifies their distress.
Founder’s Vision: As a professional learning designer, I am deeply committed to supporting the creation of well-being content by youth, for youth. Young people are tech-savvy, enthusiastic, and uniquely positioned to connect with their peers. However, there's a critical gap: not enough high-quality, free learning content truly resonates with them. Often, existing resources designed by adults come with paywalls or overlook youth perspectives.
Our Contribution: New Skills for Youth to Create Well-Being Content
RainbowVI is building an environment where youth can access free, impactful well-being learning content created by other youth. Our approach begins with equipping young people to become learning designers themselves, providing them with the tools, resources, and training to craft content that genuinely speaks to their generation.
A summer cohort for youth ages 15-18 will launch in August 2025.

Content Collaborator:
Lend your organization's expertise to provide the knowledge domain for the youth. This could involve brief consultations, content validation, or even co-designing/endorsing micro-courses, turning your trusted knowledge into a format youth will use..
Wellness Sponsor:
Make a direct impact by providing funding to help us build our infrastructure. Your support covers platform costs, provides stipends to our youth co-designers, and allows us to expand our reach and make a greater impact.
Amplifier:
Become a key distribution partner. Help us amplify our vision and the valuable content created by youth. Share our free, finished courses through your network, in schools, on social media, or in community programs, to provide immediate value to the youth you serve.
