Social Media Specialist Volunteer

Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience while making a real impact? RainbowVI Educational Association is looking for a Social Media Volunteer to help us grow our reach and support youth well-being through education and inclusivity. This is a great opportunity to build your skills while supporting a mission-driven nonprofit! 💖

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (plus any other platforms you love!)
• Help craft engaging, educational, and inclusive content to uplift and inspire
• Submit social media posts for pre-approval (we’ll provide a content calendar & guidance—no guesswork!)
• Track engagement and share a short impact report every two weeks
• Join us for biweekly check-ins to brainstorm, plan, and celebrate wins

Time Commitment:

🕒 Just 5-7 hours per week (flexible!)—great for students & new grads balancing school or job searches

Who Should Apply?

✔️ Students or new graduates in marketing, communications, journalism, education, or related fields (or anyone passionate about social media & youth well-being!)

✔️ Experience with Canva, video editing, content writing, or social media analytics is a plus but not required

✔️ Passion for education, inclusivity, and making a difference for young people
