Responsibilities

1. Course Design & Development

  • Assist in designing interactive and engaging online courses
  • Help develop learning objectives, course outlines, and lesson structures
  • Create learning materials such as presentations, worksheets, and quizzes
  • Ensure courses align with RainbowVI’s mission and audience

2. Course Content Coordination

  • Work with subject matter experts to gather, organize, and refine content
  • Edit and format course materials for clarity and engagement
  • Organize a structured content repository for easy access and updates
  • Provide feedback to improve the effectiveness of learning materials

3. Training Program Coordination

  • Help plan and organize additional training programs for youth and educators
  • Support logistics for virtual or in-person workshops and webinars
  • Track learner engagement and collect feedback for course improvements
  • Collaborate with the RainbowVI team to ensure smooth delivery of training

Qualifications

  • Background in education, instructional design, or a related field
  • Teaching skills and an interest in curriculum development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with online learning tools (a plus, but not required)

Commitment & Reporting

  • Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week (flexible)
  • Location: Remote
  • Reports to: Founder & Executive Director
