Its goal is to create a set of online tools that deliver self-development resources to young people with Asian backgrounds and support their success. The organization produces online, mobile-friendly micro-learning. It uses prestigious Learning Management Systems in the market to manage the participants and learning process.
The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and set us apart from traditional marketing. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategic marketing plan that aligns with our mission and goals to:

- Hosting virtual events or webinars to build community and drive engagement.
- Using interactive content like quizzes, polls, and surveys to collect data and gather feedback.

- Providing training and mentorship to internal teams on best practices for marketing and communication.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.

In addition to project-based pay or hourly rates, we may offer a retainer fee for ongoing projects. A retainer fee is a set amount paid regularly (e.g., monthly or quarterly) in exchange for your commitment to work on our projects. The retainer amount and duration can be negotiated and will depend on the scope and frequency of the work required. Retainer arrangements are a great way to build a long-term, collaborative relationship with the NGO while providing a consistent income stream for you.
