Responsibilities
1. Course Design & Development
- Assist in designing interactive and engaging online courses
- Help develop learning objectives, course outlines, and lesson structures
- Create learning materials such as presentations, worksheets, and quizzes
- Ensure courses align with RainbowVI’s mission and audience
2. Course Content Coordination
- Work with subject matter experts to gather, organize, and refine content
- Edit and format course materials for clarity and engagement
- Organize a structured content repository for easy access and updates
- Provide feedback to improve the effectiveness of learning materials
3. Training Program Coordination
- Help plan and organize additional training programs for youth and educators
- Support logistics for virtual or in-person workshops and webinars
- Track learner engagement and collect feedback for course improvements
- Collaborate with the RainbowVI team to ensure smooth delivery of training
Qualifications
- Background in education, instructional design, or a related field
- Teaching skills and an interest in curriculum development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with online learning tools (a plus, but not required)
Commitment & Reporting
- Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week (flexible)
- Location: Remote
- Reports to: Founder & Executive Director
