We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning Coordinator Volunteer to play a pivotal role in our unique 5-week immersive training program. This program empowers young individuals (ages 15-18) to become learning designers, creating impactful online courses on youth well-being topics using Tally.so.

Program Summary & Timeline:
The Youth Learning Designers Grant Program is a fully funded, 5-week immersive training opportunity for youth aged 15-18, starting August 4th. Participants delve into learning design fundamentals, culminating in each youth designing three short (5-10 minute) online courses on critical well-being themes. The program emphasizes practical application, peer collaboration, and incorporates real learner feedback.

- Week 1: Foundations of Learning Design & Tally.so Basics
- Week 2: Content Structuring & Microlearning Principles
- Week 3: Engagement, Assessment & Iteration

Role Overview:
The Learning Coordinator Volunteer will be instrumental in supporting the seamless delivery of the training program and enhancing the learning experience for our grant recipients. You will work closely with the Program Facilitator, assisting with various aspects of content delivery, participant support, and program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Delivery Support:
- Assist the Program Facilitator during live online sessions (e.g., managing breakout rooms, monitoring chat, assisting with screen sharing).
- Prepare and organize learning materials, resources, and session notes for participants.
- Help set up and troubleshoot technical aspects of online learning tools (e.g., Tally.so, video conferencing platforms) for participants during sessions or independent work.
- Participant Engagement & Mentorship:
- Provide direct, informal support and encouragement to youth grant recipients, answering general questions about assignments or program flow.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning activities and discussions outside of formal sessions.
- Help track participant progress and engagement, reporting any significant concerns to the Program Facilitator.
- Content & Feedback Management:
- Assist in reviewing initial drafts of youth-designed courses for completeness and basic adherence to guidelines.
- Support the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of learner feedback from the "course running" week (Week 5).
- Help compile and prepare materials for the final project showcase.
- Collaboration Facilitation:
- Support communication and scheduling for interactions between youth participants and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Help organize brief Q&A sessions or resource sharing opportunities with SMEs.
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage program calendar invites, reminders, and communication with participants.
- Maintain organized records of participant submissions and feedback.
- Assist with general program logistics as needed.
