Piloting

The pilot stage is similar to the testing stage but on a larger scale. It's like a "dress rehearsal" for the full launch of the course. During the pilot stage:

• A larger group of users (compared to the beta testers) is invited to take the course and provide feedback.
• The course is evaluated for technical issues, like glitches or broken links.
• The course is evaluated for its educational effectiveness, like how well it achieves its learning objectives.
• Feedback is collected from the pilot users to make final tweaks and improvements before launching the course to the general public.
• Data is collected on the user experience, like how easy it is to navigate, the pacing of the course, and the overall user satisfaction.

Cách đo lường: khảo sát trong quá trình học, phỏng vấn nhóm vào cuối khóa học.

Số lượng: 20 người - độ tuổi 20-30 - có điện thoại di động - thích tìm hiểu về nội dung phát triển bản thân

Thời gian: 3 tuần (2 tuần học, 1 tuần pv nhóm)
